This is to certify that Benjamin S. Ebersole is a member of the Old Mennonite Church in full fellowship with the congregation worshiping at Landisville and Salunga.

As a member of the above religious organization, whose creed or principles forbid war or participation therein in any form, he claims exemption from military service.
