of the matter is that Collier is due to be court-martialed as sullen and defiant, and that the whole affair was pre-arranged and premeditated. Sam reported that the Gen. was going to discharge the two Koretz’s and then have them search out the two detectives that arrested them and have them punished, for he felt that the two detect. made the arrest in order to obtain $100 reward ($50 for each man).
