TO A FENNER BROCKWAY, Hon. Secretary of the No-Conscription Fellowship, of 30 Blackfriars Street, Salford.


AN INFORMATION has this day been laid before me the undersigned Alderman and Justice of the said City by DETECTIVE INSPECTOR ERNEST NICHOLLS of the City Police on behalf of the DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC PROSECUTIONS, against you, the above named, FOR THAT YOU, the above named, on the 3rd day of April 1916, in the said City of London, unlawfully and contrary to the Defence of the Realm (Consolidation) Regulations, 1914, did make statements in the form of a leaflet headed "Repeal the Act," likely to prejudice the recruiting and discipline of His Majesty's Military Forces.

YOU ARE THEREFORE SUMMONED to appear before the Court of Summary Jurisdiction S___ at the Mansion House Justice Room in the said City on the 17th day of May 1916 at the hour of 1 1.30 in the forenoon, to answer to the said information and to be dealt with according to law.
