Mr. Archibald Fenner Brockway, a leading official of the No-Conscription Fellowship, leaving Bow-street yesterday under military escort, where he was charged as an absentee. He was fined 40s. His friends cheered him as he left the court.

MR. FENNER BROCKWAY'S THIRD TERM OF IMPRISONMENT.

Mr. Fenner Brockway, formerly editor of "The Labour Leade[r]," who was court-martialled for a third time on Wednesday for refusing to obey military orders, has been sentenced to two years' imprisonment with hard labour. Mr Brockway has already served sentences of four and six months' imprisonment.
